Charlie's first presidential election

He just started chewing on his fingers....so I'm guessing the teething stage is coming soon.
Cousin Quincy came over one Sunday afternoon to play after singing at a local "old folks home" - as Quincy calls it.
She's going to make a great babysitter one day!!!
