May 2015

It's May!  School is winding down and we're looking forward to SUMMER!

I snuck this picture of Charlie reading to Ben.  Love it when they are being sweet :)

Mother's Day 2015:
So hard to get them all to look and smile at the same time.

Yep, this is me and my boys.  SO BLESSED!

 From Ben
From Charlie.  He did this all on his own...I LOVE it!
 A rainbow from Ben.
Ben's card he made at preschool

I love that the boys still play with these wooden trains.  True loves it when his "bubbas" play with him and he is getting better about not getting frustrated when the trains come off the track...being 2 is tough sometimes :)

 Playing on Charlie...maybe he's a horse ?

True kept saying, "Momma, rain"  Then he'd go over to the sunlight and look up.  It was so cute!

Mops and Pops came over for a visit.  Love that we live close enough to get together often!

This bow...Dave bought it a garage sale.  It's a left-handed compound bow.  It's very cool, none of us are left-handed.  Here we are trying it out.
I love that facial expression!  He was trying so hard to get a bulls eye.

I had to give it a try.

Ben did well, he had fun.

Dave is Robin Hood.  He practices often with his adult bow in the backyard.  Love this man!

Baseball:
Charlie had a good baseball season.  He enjoyed coach pitch baseball and is looking forward to kid pitch next year.

 Look at that ready position.

 Getting ready to hustle!

Go, Go, Go!

Truman would stand at the gate and yell, "Go, Bubba, Go!"  It was seriously so cute!

I don't know where he picks these things up.  Dave and I never showed him to hit the base before hitting.  He did this last year too.

He kept his "big hitter" name again this year.

He missed, but look at that form.

Ben's last day of preschool and graduation day!

 Our little graduate!

Miss Brittany and Ms. Teri are awesome!  So blessed to have a WONDERFUL place to send our kids to preschool.

True checking out the graduation festivities.
 Ben accepting his "diploma"

Ben has the best expressions.  Here are two of my all time favorites!!!!

Ben and True

Goof-ball and Giggle-boy!

 Ben with his teachers.
This little boy melts my heart!

Look at all that floor space and there's a big couch on the other side of the room, but they want to sit right next to each other and read books - makes my mommy heart happy!

Saturday at the park riding bikes.

Memorial Day Neighborhood Block Party:
Boys from the neighborhood.

He's hauling it to 3rd!
Brother pep talk :)

Some of Charlie's School Work from the Year:

When Charlie was student of the week his teacher requested a letter from us.  She read it to the class one day during that week.  Charlie said everyone laughed about the ninja part :)

True helping me garden.  He's saying something like, "Water, Momma, Cup"

Monkey Ben in the climbing tree

Yep, this is life with a 2 year old.  I did get all the keys except one back in, and fortunately this is an old laptop we purchased when we lived in Texas 3 years ago.  Truman keeps me on my toes!

Last day of school for this boy!  So proud of all the hard work he did this year.  His report card was awesome!  Hello 2nd grade!

Last day of school doughnuts

Dave's Annual Tour de Cure for Diabetes Gig:
Candee joined the band.  She is an awesome addition!

They did great!  Proud of these guys.  It's SO MUCH work, but they enjoy it!

So sweet that they are holding hands!  This is very rare and so sweet!

It's not in the right order, but this was too good not share.  Ben wrote a book at preschool.  ENJOY!
